Most Issues Don’t Fall Into A Neat Package
In the years that I’ve been practising counseling and psychotherapy, I’ve realised that a lot of peoples’ issues can’t be put into a simple category. Sometimes people arrive with a great deal of insight into their difficulties and sometimes they don’t.
You may just be experiencing the feeling that life is not working for you but have no idea why. Below is a list of some of the areas that I deal with but, if you don’t identify with any of these, it doesn’t mean we can’t resolve your predicament.
